Shrek The Musical
From Tuesday 7th to Saturday 11th October 2025, the Kings Theatre was transformed into a magical swamp as our fabulous cast took to the stage for Shrek The Musical, and what an unforgettable adventure we had!
Audiences were swept away by the charm, humour, and heart of this Tony Award-winning fairy tale. With dazzling performances, vibrant costumes, and toe-tapping musical numbers, the show brought all the beloved characters from the film to life and then some!
Leading the cast was Marc McMillan as the lovable ogre Shrek, Graeme Reid-Wallace as his hilarious sidekick Donkey, and Marina Kelman as the fiercely independent Princess Fiona. Callum Archie brought fiery flair to Lord Farquaad, while Reece Cavanagh and Neve Crooks wowed audiences as the mighty Dragon. Every member of the cast delivered an exceptional performance, bringing energy, laughter, and magic to the stage.
Directed and choreographed by Chris JS Wilson, with musical direction by Chris Pugh, the production was brought to life under Producer David Robertson and Assistant Producer Elain Campbell.
